DFW Tzus Adoption Application
Submitted by cbarekman on Thu, 01/26/2012 - 10:00We have been having some issues the last few days with our Adoption Application sometimes giving a "timed out" message when you click on SUBMIT after completion. We hope to have this error cleared up very soon. In the interim, if you get this "timed out" message, click the REFRESH button at top of your screen. It will bring the app back up and then you can click SUBMIT again and screen should say SUCCESS if app goes through. You can also copy and fax completed app to our 888-290-3335, or scan and email to info@dfwtzusandmorerescue.com Thanks for your patience!!
